Review of High-Frequency High-Voltage-Conversion-Ratio DC–DC Converters

نویسندگان

چکیده

The development of high-frequency power converters is continuously improving their density, efficiency and fast dynamic response. Among them, high-voltage-conversion-ratio (HVCR) dc–dc are widely used in high gain, i.e., step-up/-down or bidirectional applications, such as supply for data center, dc micro-grids, electrical vehicle charging systems, etc. In this article, the current main HVCR classified into inductive-based capacitive-based approaches, which can then be described further by four kinds detail, namely transformer-based, coupled-inductor-based, switched-capacitor-based, well combination coupled inductor switched capacitor. A comprehensive analysis comparison given, provide guidance proper topology selection optimization.

eGaN® FETs in High Frequency Resonant Converters

Distributed power systems are prevalent in telecommunications, networking, and high-end server applications and generally utilize a 48 V bus voltage adopted from the telecom industry. From the 48 V bus, a number of isolated point of load (POL) converters power the end loads, with isolation being required for safety. The traditional distributed power architecture (DPA), shown in figure 1(a), use...

High-frequency graphene voltage amplifier.

While graphene transistors have proven capable of delivering gigahertz-range cutoff frequencies, applying the devices to RF circuits has been largely hindered by the lack of current saturation in the zero band gap graphene. Herein, the first high-frequency voltage amplifier is demonstrated using large-area chemical vapor deposition grown graphene. The graphene field-effect transistor (GFET) has...
